Newsman's report for this week
Hey all
Fishing this trip is very good.
Evening dry fly for eastern brooks (Clinton BC) was first rate. Most people say brookies are moody, I have never found it that way. Any good bass angler should do well with these fish, they hold in the same water as bass, tight in the bull-rushes or pads, in 2 to 8 feet of water. Accuracy is the key, find one you find fifty.
Evening dry fly for rainbows on the Thompson is fantastic as usual. Everyone is complaining about the 50+ temperatures but I love it.
I will be back in town Friday talk to you all then.
Jeff
