electroshocking in 51/52

I keep seeing little mentions of this going on, but I cant find one person who knows anything about it, does anyone have any proof that this happened?, or is it more of the same, a whole bunch of whispered half truths and rumours, like at TWU ponds, there is no catch and kill in place, but people post there is
any info would be appreciated

from what i ahve being told it wasnt fisheries who did the electroshocking it was the parks board and it was to find out about the blue gill in there nothing to do with the bass but once agian this is all rumours and i would also like a deffinante answer into this also
