2010 wcba tournament schedule

hwy 11 ponds april 23rd this are the ponds on the side of the hwy between abby and mission
katzie slough may 1st this could be an awesome spawn tourny if we keep getting the nice weather
reed lake june 19 this is a tentative tourny because its in the states we need to see who can cross the border and go from there
fish trap creek july 17 3pm-10pm this will be a bank tourny should be a fun night bite also
mill lake august 21st this will be a night bite tourny

Why have bank tournys? winners for these will be whoever gets to a few spots first. Fishtrap should not have a tournament. It doesnt even have enough water right now to hold any tourny. Mill lake night bite? please dont tell me this is another bank tournament........ Make it a normal tournament so most of us can use our boats. Bank fishing is not tournament worthy in any situation in my opinion. I say we replace the fishtrap event with a club only tourny at Hatzic instead.

On the positive side... the Katsie event looks very interesting during that time!

idk but i want to make sure that they stay open dont want to get stuck lol

I just think it would be easier having the early bite. wont have to worry about the gate issue. plus all of the poeple around the shoreline around dusk could get in the way

Parking all the boat trailers may be an issue later on in the day. Another thing to consider..........

if any one has any ideas or comments about the tournys please voice them so we can make sure they are delt with in advance i really want to make everyone happy and feel welcome

Its not the lake it used to be either way the biggest issue is parking its hard enough to park a single vehichle let alone at trailer no matter the there is lots of people there Ive been there at 5:00am and there is quite a few people there I say we get there at 7am launce our boats and park on the road alsso this is a tiny lake its gunna be realy crowed on the water cause were not gunna be the only ones out there

we will review the tournys at the next meeting again since most people seem to have issues with the ones we set out at the last meeting

after the next meeting the tournys will be set the way they are
