Hi I am getting back into fishing after a long hiatus. My question is I am also fishing with a friend ,who has mobility issues, so we are looking for a place that is a short walk from the car for him to wet a line. He can cast but may have to sit and rest , so we will be bringing a lawn chair for him and the walk will have to be easy ie. not too steep or far.

mill lake in abbotsfotd would be the best bet for him or fish trap creek in abby

I was thinking about Mill lake and wondering about Fishtrap. We are in Maple Ridge so that will work

fish trap also has lots of benches around it and so does mill milll is also very easy to launch a boat

Well he wont get in a boat with me , as he likes to talk a lot and I tend to be quite quiet. He is afraid I may drowned him to get some peace We have known each other since our teens and we are now in our fifties So we are comfortable with been honest with a vengence with each other. The benches will be good.
