Mill Lake..

Hey guys anyone fish Mill this year ? I've been out once or twice not much luck...I've heard there is big fish in that lake..What should I use and should I bank fish or stick with my small boat ?

Definitely, go for the boat!!!! It will give you way more angles/directions to attack/engage where the fish may be !!!!

Also it gives you the ability to look for fish that are holding off structure, but are relating to it's depth, Bass may hold in deep water but be aligned to the end of the fallen tree or brush pile. (IE - the tip of the tree might be at 7 foot, but be in 16 foot of water, the bass may be in the tree or standing off at the 7 foot depth, simply relating to the tree's depth.

Shoreline can be fun, but a boat is better !!!

try fishing it after dusk or before dawn those are the best time to fish it i ahve also found and see the biggest fish always seem to be in the area of the big wooden walking bridge at the east end of the lake
