we are working on it but its hard to do with out the bcwf on our side and no one is stepping up with there money to join it

justin that brochure is a good idea maybe we as a club can work on that im going to start another thread on a mission bass fishing brochure for idea of what lakes we should icluded like the lake that shall remain nameless lol thats our new way to call it so we dont start any more crap lol

as for the weight its going to be at a weight boat and im looking for volunteers for it

i know steve yap very well and i will be in contact with him now why dontyou two get to work lol ill be back on later when im done work lol

the city is still envolved and ive contacted the homeowners and they are going to get back to me but im going to try and do it throu the mission chambers of commerce so lets hope we hear something very soon so we can get this going in the right diredction

Well not much news yet. I still keep getting the; phone this person or that. I have been following these rabbit trails since Jan and here is what I have.

I have been assured that we can us Camp Luther for our venue. This is good, but does not provide a boat launch.

Waiting for a vote of the membership of Everglades Resort on the use of their launch. Does not sound promising.

Waiting to here from the president of Swans Point Resort. After he talks to me he will have to put it to a vote from their membership. I have been given the email to there membership bulletin board and have sent our request (this could help by pass the vote). Don't ask for the name of my insider he wants to remain unnamed. I also have two other persons passing our request in side their camp personally. This one looks positive since I have been told that a good number of the residents at Swans Point want to learn how to catch Hatzic Lake Bass.

My contacts with the Mission Chamber Of Commerce are still moving like the slugs that they are, so Andy and are are still waiting for a date to make our presentation.

Also the BC Wildlife Fed wants the WCBA as a member club and as a member club would like memders so inclined, to teach a bass fishing segment at the Becoming An Outdoor Women weekend in June.

So there you have it. Stop hounding Andy and let's here you responses here.

well guys due to the lack of responce from the home owners on hatzic this tourny has being cancelled im going to try to work on another open for this year thou im also going to ask the bcwf for some help getting a luanch for next year lets keep our finger cost im sorry for letting everyone down

Then keep the dates the same and make it a club only tournament. if you can launch your boat off shook road then you can participate

they have threatened to tow vehicles parked there i dont know if they can but i dont want to find out but if everyone wants to we can try to have a club tourny there
