I just got back. It's not much different from last year. Normark had some deals.

Looked at some real interesting fishing kayacks. Oh to be young again lol

Nikka had Power Bait bass worms for $3.99 a package.

All in all, it rates a visit. A good way to spend 2 or 3 hours. It was busy though. They have a free shuttle bus to take you back to your vehicle with all your loot!!!

I went to the show today. Hung out with dave mercer, andy, jesse, ryan , and justin for awhile. Had a good time. Seemed to be alot more stuff there last year than this year

Went to the show Friday. Picked up some rods for my fly fishing school. Also had a long talk with the folks from the BC Wildlife Fed. They want us in the Fed guys, all it takes to join is three, that is 3, members; and we get all the benefits like boating liability insurance. I also had coffee with Bill Otway (the granddaddy of the fed); you will be pleased to know he likes bass fishing and does it in Okanagan and on the Island. I told him of the problems with access to Hatzic and he filled me in on some avenues I had never thought of to turn up the heat of Mission council. He also told me about federal and provincial angler access grants available to build things like boat launches. I never knew there was such a thing; and guess who has the clout to get one of these grants? You guessed it, the BC Wildlife Fed.

so when is the next club meeting Andy; so I can pay my membership and we can get this thing rolling.

hey guys i to had a good chat with ed from the bcwf and they would like us to help them teach bass fishing in june to there bc womens outdoors group if you guys are intrested in helping please let me know and see what we can get going
