Bass and sunfish are where??? Empty Bass and sunfish are where???

Post  Quin Wed Jun 24, 2015 3:28 am

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get an idea of just how many waters in the the Lower Mainland Have Bass and/or Sunfish (Lets include Crappie in there as well)
These are a few that I've heard of, but not confirmed.
Sumas river (bass, sunfish (pumkinseed and bluegill)
Nicomen slough (bass)
Matsqui slough (Sunfish)
Kanaka creek (bass)
Coquitlam river (sunfish) **this one appears to be confirmed, photos have been posted
As I said I've just heard of these, so at this point they're unconfirmed rumours.

So what have you heard or better yet, what have you seen??
Don't worry about listing places that everyone already knows about, it will help to make a complete list. Even if you don't know the name of the water, or don't want to name it Shocked , a general location, non specific will do. For example - Just say "in my experience almost all ponds/sloughs in Pitt Meadows have a population of bass/sunfish"
Thanks
Quin
