Cabelas to open march 2012 ?

I just read that Cabela's is going to open their new store in Tulalip in March 2012. It's said to be smaller than some of their other stores, but carry the same amount of merchandise. This will be done by using the walls and ceiling for their well known taxidermy displays and freeing up the floor for gear.

Well, I think a spring road trip is in order !!

How far south is that?

South of Bellingham, and Mount Vernon, and just north of Marysville, right on the west side of I-5. It's in the big discount outlet mall.

I would be into coming, but I have no passport right now to get across the border. If they have LiveTarget frogs I might have to get someone to grab one for me tho They have been supposedly getting a new shipment at W S for the last 2 months, lol.

Hatchmatch'r Fly and Tackle in Haney carries Live Target Frogs, but only in the large size. The ones I've seen at Wholesale S. are the mid size. They also make a new small size (1/4 oz). Next time I'm out that way I'll ask if they can bring some of the smaller sizes.
